Contest Yachts’ 63CS wins European Yacht of the Year 2025 award

Contest Yachts’ newly launched 19-metre Contest 63CS has won the prestigious title European Yacht of the Year 2025.

Judged by Europe’s top yachting editors from across 12 nations, the award was presented on the opening night of boot Düsseldorf where the Contest 63CS is on display until Sunday 26 January.

Contest Yachts sees sailing as a way of defining and expressing an individual’s personal dreams and ambitions, and the Contest 63CS exemplifies this. Designed for hassle-free, luxury performance cruising in the lightest to the heaviest weathers, her graceful, balanced lines have been penned by top naval architects judel/vrolijk & co, with interior styling by Wetzels Brown.

Contest Yachts guarantees the highest standards in marine engineering, composite construction and contemporary outfitting. The Contest 63CS’ award-winning design innovates further with a new approach to shared social space and seating around the large aft deck and, rare at this size, identical book-fold, half-beam guest suites forward of the saloon.

On display alongside the Contest 63CS in Hall16/C54 at boot Düsseldorf are the Contest 55CS (a previous European Yacht of the Year award winner), and the Contest 49CS.
