ePropulsion UK have joined the growing list of exhibitors at the inaugural Green Tech Boat Show, hosted by MDL.
The ePropulsion stand is an opportunity to discover the latest electric outboards and POD Drive inboard propulsion options, complete with a demonstration Spirit 1.0 Plus outboard in a water tank, charged with an Efoy Fuel Cell.
Joining ePropulsion’s team on the stand to offer advice are recently appointed Dartmouth dealers, CDT Marine, as well as Ashton Marine from Glasgow. North Devon Marine will be exhibiting two boats they have previously electrified and will be converting to ePropulsion this season.
“We are really excited to be participating in the Green Tech Boat Show, which is such an important initiative for the marine sector. Making the transition to electric propulsion is the way forward and we aim to help dispel some myths and explain the huge benefits involved, for both the environment and your running costs,” explains Steve Bruce, ePropulsion UK MD.“We are talking to a number of boat builders and plan to have follow up discussions at the Show. Things are moving very fast, and we may yet have more boats at the Show with ePropulsion motors.”
The new show is part of an initiative by MDL to promote a cleaner, greener future by bringing together a practical showcase for sailors and boaters seeking to understand the most current options for sustainable boating.
