From Sea to Shore: Epic Sailing and Hiking Escapes for 2025

The number of people going on yacht charter holidays is growing every year as more people look for new adventures. Hiking is also one of the most popular outdoor activities globally, with millions of enthusiasts seeking trails that offer breathtaking views and a connection to nature. Combining these two passions creates the ultimate adventure, where stunning views, unspoiled nature, and Instagram-worthy scenery come together seamlessly.

Whether a seasoned sailor or a complete novice, there are tailored experiences for every level. Holidaymakers can choose a bareboat charter for ultimate freedom or hire a skipper to guide them through the journey and share their local knowledge.

A great choice is to join a flotilla. This involves joining a small fleet of fellow holiday makers that are guided around a destination by a lead yacht, which has a skipper, host and technician. With so many options to choose from, there is the flexibility to create the ultimate experience on the water and explore some of the world’s most beautiful hiking trails.
