Dutch yacht builder, Contest Yachts has announced that its newly launched 19m Contest 63CS has been nominated for European Yacht of the Year 2025.

Contest Yachts guarantees the highest standards in marine engineering, composite construction and contemporary outfitting, endorsed by full Lloyd’s Register inspection and certification. With three- and four-cabin configurations, the Contest 63CS is the only yacht of this size in the sector with two identical, double VIP guest suites forward of the saloon. A combination not found elsewhere, and there is also the option of an additional crew-cabin if required.
The sailing trials take place in late October from Palma, Mallorca, and the winners are to be announced next January at boot Düsseldorf 2025.
Judged by Europe’s top yachting magazine writers, Contest Yachts has previously enjoyed recognition at these ‘Oscars of Yachting’ with the extraordinary 13-metre Contest 42CS and 17-metre Contest 55CS winning the same Luxury Cruiser category in their launch years.
The Contest 63CS will be making its world premiere at this year’s Cannes Yachting Festival, 10-15 September 2024.
