The Trafalgar Group has completed the acquisition of Northshore Shipyard, located in Itchenor on Chichester Harbour.

Spanning approximately 4 acres, Northshore Shipyard features boatyards, lifting facilities, commercial space, and comfortable office spots. The property includes a deep-water pontoon, two slipways, a café, and commercial buildings totalling 60,000 square feet.
